This fine art deco condo is located only 2 blocks from the beach and from Lincoln Rd. It has a pool and a private garden which are rarities in SoBe period buildings. Offering contemporary design with elegant, luxury finishes, the Di Lido is refined in every detail.

Our apartment features a KING-size Memory foam bed for extraordinary comfort, a double sofa bed in the living room, Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors throughout, travertine marble bath with glass-walled 'rain' shower, WiFi internet, 2 x TV's, Bose iPod music player, full kitchen facilities including fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
Pets are not allowed in the building. We have on-site laundry facilities (pay per use) conveniently located just across the hall. All bed and bath linens are provided along with iron and ironing board, beach towels, chairs and, parasol.
The owner once asked a real estate agent for a SoBe art deco apartment, close to the beach and with a pool and a private garden just to hear that such a product wouldn't exist... Much later, the broker found the needle in the haystack... Probably the only property that matched such a description at the time. The condo was bought on the spot and has since remained a unique place in town.
This location is ideal for beach access, shopping and restaurants (Lincoln Road, Española Way, Ocean Drive) and the clubs; yet it is strategically at a distance from the noise of the strip. You absolutely do not need a car if you decide to stay in South beach, everything is within easy walking distance or a short cab ride. We are situated only 2 blocks to the beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, Española Way and 3 blocks to the Convention Center - everything is within easy walking distance.
Like most period buildings in Miami Beach, we do not have dedicated parking; however, there are two public parking structures situated only 2 blocks away.
There is a CitiBike station in front of the building.
