Arrival Instructions

Make sure to call him or send him a Whatsapp the day before your arrival with your estimated time of arrival.
Please note the following:
Before your arrival in Contadora, you must have established communication with Julio, in order to give him all the details of your arrival (if you arrive by ferry or plane, number of people, luggage). This is very important for the organization of your check-in. Remember that we can help you with your luggage up to one small suitcase per person. Additional charges will apply on the island for excess baggage.
If you arrive by private yacht, remember that in Contadora we do not have a dock. You will have to rent the services of a tender to be able to land and transport your belongings from the yacht to the house. This service is not included in our rates.
The check-in time is at 3pm and the check-out time is 9am. If there is no rotation on these days, we can provide you with an earlier check-in or late check-out. However, that should be arranged before arriving on the island.

Instrucciones de llegada

No olviden de comunicarse con el el día anterior (Whatsapp) con su horario previsto de llegada.
Por favor, tome nota de lo siguiente:
Antes de su día llegada a Contadora, Ud. tiene que haberse comunicado con su contacto local, para dar detalles específicos de su llegada (si llega por ferry o por avión, cantidad de personas, de equipaje). Esto es muy importante para la organización en la isla, sobre todo para saber donde y como buscarle. Recuerde que le podemos ayudar con su equipaje a razón de una maleta pequeña por persona; pueden aplicar cargos adicionales pagaderos en la isla, si tiene exceso de equipaje.
Si usted llega en yate privado, recuerde que en Contadora no contamos con muelle y tiene que organizar una panga para poder bajarse y transportar sus pertenencias del yate a la casa. Este servicio no está incluido en nuestros tarifas, se le puede ayudar localmente con un cargo adicional.
La hora de check-in es a las 3pm y la hora de check-out a las 9am. Si no hay una rotación el mismo día, le podremos facilitar un check-in más temprano o un check-out mas tarde. Sin embargo, eso debe ser organizado antes de llegar a la isla.
