That is 1⁄2 block WEST of the intersection of Washington Ave and 15th Street on the SOUTH side.
If you arrive from the airport:
Taxis will charge a flat fee from the airport (around $35). You can also take the Airport Flyer bus, - Route 150. It leaves the airport every 20 min. from the Metrobus station at the airport. The Airport Flyer takes approximately 30 to 45 min to arrive in South Beach. You will want to get off at the Lincoln Rd & Washington Ave stop (only 2 blocks away from our building).
The keys will wait for you in a lock box. The lock boxes are located at street level on the right hand side of the building. They are identified by a color marker written. Estamos ubicados 1/2 bloque al OESTE de la intersección de Washington Ave. y de la calle 15 en el lado sur.
Si Ud. llega desde el aeropuerto:
Los taxis cobran una tarifa fija desde el aeropuerto (alrededor de $35). También puede tomar el autobús Airport Flyer, Route 150 que sale del aeropuerto cada 20 min desde la estación de Metrobus. El Airport Flyer tarda aproximadamente 30 a 45 minutos en llegar a South Beach. Usted tiene que bajar en la parada de Lincoln Rd & Washington Ave. (sólo 2 cuadras de nuestro edificio).
Las llaves le esperarán en una caja de seguridad. Las cajas de seguridad están situadas al nivel de la calle al lado derecho del edificio. Están identificadas con un color especifico.
